22 million Children are Over Weight and 5.1 million are Obese in EU – Study

A new study revealed around 22 million children of the 75 million European Union children are over weight and 5.1 million from them are suffering from obesity. "It's an extraordinary figure and there are 300,000 more obese children each year," said Tim Lobstein of the London-based International Association for the Study of Obesity in a press conference on Sunday. He continued, "we may have focused too much on the child and not enough on the environment.". Obesity is an important issue among children. More children are suffering from obesity every year. A good way to control obesity among children and adults are through Yoga, walking, eating fatless nutritious food. Weighing food value with food scale is good way to measure nutrients and calories in food before eating.
